If you would like your prescription posted back to you please provide a self addressed stamped envelope.

Patients can now request repeat medication online using our online patient access appointment booking system. For further information please refer to the 'Appointments' page. Please note you must allow two working days (48 hours) once you have requested repeat medication online.

Patients can leave their repeat requests with the pharmacist who will then send the request to us. We then send the prescriptions to the pharmacy who will dispense and the patients can collect the medicines from the pharmacy. However you are at a liberty to use any pharmacy of your choice.
Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)
We now offer the Electronic Prescription Service to our patients. Prescriptions are sent electronically from the GP Practice to the Pharmacy of your choice. You will need to nominate a pharmacy to where we can send your prescription. You can ask your pharmacist to add your nomination for you.
There are many benefits of using this service;
- If you collect your repeat prescriptions from your GP you will not have to visit your GP practice to pick up your paper prescription,saving time.
- You will have more choice about where to get your medicines from because they can be collected from a pharmacy near to where you live, work or shop.
- You may not have to wait as long at the pharmacy as your repeat prescriptions can be made before you arrive.
- If the prescription needs to be cancelled the GP can electronically cancel and issue a new prescription without you having to return to the practice- saving you extra trips.
Please allow 48 hours (2 working days), excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
